Capernwray Conference Centre caters for a variety of different age groups and the menu for each group is specially chosen to cater for the size and age of your group.
Tea and coffee is available 24/7 throughout your stay.

ORDERLIES
- To allow you to relax and enjoy your stay we will look after meal setup and the washing up for you. Your group is only asked to clear the tables and put all dirty dishes where requested by staff. We will do the rest!
SPECIAL DIETS
- Special diets are available on request by filling out the special diets form that will be provided to you around 2 weeks prior to your booking dates. Please notify us as soon as possible of any medical conditions or allergies that may be affected by food. We will not cater for people on fodmap or elimination diets.
FINAL NUMBERS
- All groups requiring catering must return the provided final numbers form at least 7 days prior to their stay. This is the minimum number of catered guests for which we will charge you even if your numbers decrease. If numbers increase within the week before your stay, please advise us as soon as possible.
